Day Itinerary

When you arrive at Hosea Kutako International Airport you are met by our representative who transfers you to Windhoek. where you will spend your first night at a guesthouse in the city.

+ Day 2 - Erongo | Ondudu Safari Lodge

Conveniently located only a few hours’ drive from Namibia’s capital city of Windhoek, the Erongo Mountain Range stretches across the plains between the towns of Omaruru and Karibib, and is home to a remarkably rich natural heritage.


Day Itinerary

This morning after breakfast, your tour guide meets with you and soon after you depart to the central region of Namibia characterised by it’s granite landscape.
You can enjoy an excursion to Paula’s Cave to view the rock art, or visit a traditional San village or do a guided hike of the terrain. This is also one of the prime birding locations in the country, so keep the binoculars at hand!

Set in the Kunene Region of north-western Namibia, Twyfelfontein is a spectacularly scenic area, featuring one of the largest and most important concentrations of rock art in Africa.


Day Itinerary

Today you depart into the heart of Damaraland, an area home to the desert adapted elephant. Look out for these bigfeet while driving on these rugged roads! Your lodge is situated close to the Twyfelfontein World Heritage Site, home of the largest rock art in Namibia.

+ Day 4 - Etosha | Hobatere Lodge
Etosha

Visitors to Etosha West can look forward to exploring the magnificent scenery of this remote north Namibian landscape characterised by lush undulating terrain and a reddish-brown soil, which is a stark contrast to the white dusty clay soil of Etosha East’s flat expansive plains. This area is home to several species not found in the rest of the park: baboons, Mountain Zebra, and Brown Hyena, as well as several unique plants. The area also boasts numerous waterholes attracting elephant, rhino, leopard, lion, a variety of buck, and around 300 bird species.

Your journey takes you north towards the western edge of Etosha National Park and home to some of the best kept game secrets Namibia has to offer.

+ Day 6 - Etosha | Okaukuejo Resort

The national park can be accessed via the southern entrance at Andersson’s Gate. Visitors to Okaukuejo can catch a glimpse of a variety of wildlife including: lion, giraffe, elephant, white and black rhino, and a multitude of plains game.


Day Itinerary

After breakfast, you depart to the southern and most famous camp inside the Etosha National Park, Okaukeujo Restcamp. The floodlit waterhole at night promises endless hours of game viewing extravaganza!

Okaukuejo Resort is ideally located 17 km from the southern entrance of the park. Famous for its flood-lit waterhole, where visitors can observe at close quarters a spectacle of wildlife congregating and interacting.

Situated east of Etosha, bordering Fisher’s Pan, Onguma Game Reserve is one of Namibia’s best-kept secrets. The reserve offers visitors the opportunity to experience Africa in all her beauty and diversity. Onguma Game Reserve features over 34000 hectares of protected land scattered with a variety of wildlife including plains game, black rhino, kudu, giraffe, zebra, lion, cheetah, leopard and more than 300 bird species.


Day Itinerary

Today you venture through the entire Park and exit on the eastern edge, game driving all along your way. Your lodge is situated on a private game reserve bordering the eastern slopes of Etosha National Park.

+ Day 9 - Otjiwarongo | Okonjima Plains Camp
Otjiwarongo

Okonjima Nature Reserve is conveniently situated halfway between the spectacular Etosha National Park and the capital city of Windhoek. This large nature reserve is home to AfriCat, a carnivore sanctuary, which gives the captive cats a second chance to be released back into the wild and become completely independent hunters in a protected area right in the middle of commercial cattle farmland.


Day Itinerary

Bid Etosha farewell and travel southwards back to central Namibia where you will spend your last night at Okonjima, Home of the AfriCat Foundation. Discover the magic of conservation work and its benefits to big cats of prey and other carnivores.

Okonjima Plains Camp is within the secluded wilderness area of Okonjima Nature Reserve and has majestic sunset views.
