YOU ARE INCREDIBLE! From the first information through the whole booking process until helping us to deal with the cancellation of our flight home, you were always extremely fast, reliable, friendly, efficient, and … and .. and … THANK YOU SO MUCH! We felt in best hands, and you contributed tremendously to our having a wonderful trip through Namibia. It will take some time (and lots of work to save the money …), but we will definitely come back to your beautiful and impressive country.
Last summer we had a tour through Namibia and Norelle helped us arranging accommodations and meals. She has been very kind and answered to all my questions (honestly speaking I have been such an harassment).
She also gave us some tips to complete our tour planning.
The first night she also phoned our host to make sure we had arrived as our flight delayed and we reached our accommodation a bit later than planned.
We had some problems with our booking and we managed to reach her immediately and she quickly found another solution for us.

Last summer we made a fantastic trip through Namibia with the family. Norelle from New Earth Tours helped us very well with planning our trip. We informed her about our wishes and she arranged a nice tour with a nice program and nice places to stay overnight.
